Sometimes we can depending on what the item is. We don’t import goods and payment must be taken in advance. 

We are often able to give technical advice on the products which we sell and can often recommend a product to help solve the issue. We welcome you to email us a picture of what you are looking for and if you can bring the item in with you to help us match up the item. Please note we are not able to design electronic circuits. 

Only guide dogs and working dogs are allowed in store

You can only pay in store, using cash, card or contactless. We are unable to take card details over the phone or cardholder not present payments
